Pirates Ship Stays On Course Again!!

Tonight the Pirates traveled to Greensboro. The Pirates bats stayed hot pounding out 17 hits and scoring 16 runs in route to a 16-9 victory. Cole Jones led the charge going 4 for 4 with 5 rbi's and scoring 2 runs. Troy Wright pitched in going 3 for 4 with 4 rbi's and scoring 4 times. Austin Marinelli went 3 for 5 including a 2 run bomb in the top of the 7th. Troy Wright, Brody Ross, and Evan Stingle all pitched a solid game to help bring home the win and extend the Pirates record to 3-0 to start the season.
