This summer Coerver Coaching Texas is pioneering a multi level College Prep Program designed to keep your technical ability sharp as well as improve you strength, stamina and over all playing fitness.
Preparing for College Soccer on your own does not permit you to maintain or further develop your technical skills nor does it keep your fitness in top match play form. Coerver Coaching Texas brings together goal oriented college bound players to create an effective, highly competitive training program.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS:
Preliminary Skills Camp June 17th -June 21st - Pennington Stadium, Bedford, TX (7p-9:30p)
Weekly Training Sessions (90 mins) June 24th - August 16th - LD Bell High School, Hurst, TX (TBD based on registrants)
Weekly Speed & Agility Training Session (75 mins) June 24th - August 16th - LD Bell High School, Hurst, TX (TBD based on registrants)
Weekly Strength Training Session (60 mins) June 24th - August 16th - BHC Fitness & Personal Training - Bedford, TX (various time slots available)
The Coerver College Prep Program is a comprehensive program which incorporates a week long Coerver Skills Camp along with weekly sessions designed utilizing the Coerver Method to improve:
- Individual skill development - repetition drills, moves at speed, when, why, and where to use moves
- 1v1 attacking and defending - techniques and positioning for succes
